My order had an issue, which feels like something whoever runs this should’ve caught in the first place. But customer service got back to me really fast, they were nice about it, and they fixed everything without turning it into a whole thing. So yeah, thanks for sorting it out

They said it would arrive Tuesday, but it didn’t show up until the next week. What made it more frustrating was that nobody seemed to really own the issue or give a clear answer on who was responsible for the delay.

My order showed up way later than I expected, and the tracking was barely updating, which was annoying. But then when it finally arrived, the stuff was actually really cute, so I wasn’t totally mad anymore. Still, the shipping is so slow that I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry

I thought most of the clothes fit true to size, but a couple pieces definitely felt smaller than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d probably check the reviews before ordering next time. The clothes are really cute though, so I still think they’re worth a look.

The box showed up dented, which was a little frustrating, but thankfully the item inside was fine. I’m glad nothing was damaged, but if this keeps happening, I’d probably think twice about ordering again.

"Usually My Size Is There, But Still a Bit Disappointing"
I do like shopping here because I can usually find my size in stock, which is better than a lot of other sites. Sizes don’t seem to sell out as fast, and restocks happen often. That said, it’s still disappointing when the one color or style I actually want is the one that’s gone. Overall, it makes ordering less frustrating, but it’s not perfect.

"Looks Fun, But Browsing Gets Annoying"
At first I was like, okay, this site looks cool. The photos are fun and it gives off a nice vibe. But then I actually started using it and yeah… my patience kind of disappeared. Pages took a bit to load, especially on my phone, and the filters didn’t always show me what I thought they would. Going back from a product page also landed me in some random-feeling spot, which got old fast. Checkout was fine though, no real issues there. So it’s not bad, but it could definitely be smoother to browse.

I ordered a pair of boots and was a little nervous about the sizing and how they’d look in person. I did feel kind of dismissed when I was trying to figure out the fit, like my concerns weren’t really a big deal, which was a little frustrating. That said, the description on the site ended up being accurate, especially the heel height and material. The color matched the photos too, and they fit about how I expected, so no real surprises there. Shipping was fine. I’d probably order again if I saw something cute.

"Shipping Help Was Just Okay"
I ordered from Dolls Kill and ended up having to reach out to customer service because I needed an update on my shipping. They did eventually get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt longer than it should have. The response was helpful enough, but basic, and I was annoyed that there wasn’t any follow-up from their side. I had to check back in myself to keep things moving. My issue did get sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Just okay.

The clothes definitely look cool and I was excited to get them, but the quality didn’t really match the price. Maybe I caught them at a bad time or got a batch that wasn’t their best, but for what I paid, I expected better
