Dolls Kill has adorable clothing that you can't really find anywhere else. But in my opinion, best of all are the shoes. I ordered a pair of super-cute platforms and somehow they sent the wrong size and working with customer service has been wonderful. They are very warm and even funny, and have helped me address the issue is a quick and satisfying manner. Will order from again! I *think* they don't offer refunds for purchases, but rather credit, but to be honest, they have so many cute things, I don't think it would be hard to find something else.

Absolutely love dollskill. I get a ton of shoes and clothes from them. Never had any issues that weren't able to be fixed. And fast. My last order wasn't updating the shipping info and they quickly got me a new link that worked right away! Can't wait for my new sandals!!

We ordered a beautiful dress for my daughters prom. We paid for expenses and somehow the package got lost. I contacted customer service and by the next day they had a new dress with a new tracking number. It showed up 2 days later. We were so satisfied with the service it was super easy to email and get a fast response. The dress is exactly what we expected. It’s beautiful! The size chart was perfect to help us match her to the right size. All the zippers and clips all work. Not a flaw at all. Thank you Dolls Kill for the great experience dealing with your company.

I love the bags I get from this website. Recently I got one that came a little broken and customer service was very helpful in the process of getting a replacement because I really wanted the bag. When another cute nostalgic collection comes out I’m probably going to want the bag again!

my favorite place ever for shoes! never had an issue that wasn’t quickly resolved with dollskill. somethings too small? can exchange size for free. shipping company held my package? got shipping cost back! amazing service all the time and everything available is high quality 10/10 recommended

Laura was a true angel 😇 when I needed one during the returning process. I have been shopping with them for years and had missed the return window on a pair of boots and I thought I was going to be out of luck. The only reason why I missed it is because I was in a car accident and she didn't question my situation not one time..I was already sad and frustrated 😢 that I can't walk anywhere. She is such a blessing 🙌 💓
